Exceptional! I chose the 30x60x14 garage with upgraded 12-gauge framing, 26-gauge sheeting, a 12-inch roof overhang, two 12'x12' roll-up doors with chains on the front, a 10'x10' roll-up door on the back, four 24"x36" windows on each side and an upgraded 36"x80" premium steel door with threshold on the back. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Martin was fantastic to work with. Everyone was friendly, professional, honest and fair. The sales team at Ultimate Building Solutions was excellent in helping me get the building I wanted. I wanted 18-foot sidewalls and they were the only ones who could meet my needs, and the crew was exceptional. It took them three days to put up the building, and I don't think the temperature got above 30°F the whole time, but they showed up at 7:30 every morning and stayed until 7 at night. The quality of the building exceeded my expectations. I told my wife that if there were a tornado, that's where I'd take shelter — it's that solid. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional building.
